Belinda will be the project coordinator and liaison between SARB and Conversations Direct. She has a remarkable 30 year and 3 continent history in Project Management. The last decade has been about coaching and training in this very arena. Belinda has most of the global best practice project and service management certifications up to a trainer practitioner level. Managed and coached project managers in Municipalities, NGO's, Banking, IT, Government, and the Entertainment industry.
Les is the founding partner of Stratsure CC and is also the Prince2® lead trainer. He started Stratsure in 2005. He is passionately committed to each and every person reaching a deeper level of understanding of themselves and their abilities, and the contribution they have to make in the Project Management arena.
Les started his colourful career in Education after completing his BSc and U-Ed. He then went on to pioneer the IT industry and later completed his MBA. After many years in the Project Management industry; from SAA, Tshwane Municipality, IEC, Galeo, ABSA, Denel, IDC, IBM to RMB his career has come full circle and today he finds himself most at home as the "King" of Prince2®.
Les has been an accredited AgilePM® trainer for more than 10 years and has recently added Prince2® 7 accreditation to his portfolio of accreditations. He believes that organisations can benefit most by embedding a tailored methodology built from the strengths of Prince2® 7 and Prince2Agile2.

He is recognised for his people-centred leadership style that blends emotional intelligence, analytical rigour, and a calm, solutions-driven approach to organisational challenges. Dewald excels at building trust, strengthening teams, and guiding stakeholders through change with clarity and confidence.
With deep expertise in financial management, process optimisation, internal controls, and governance, he is proficient at designing and refining financial systems that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and executive decision-making. Dewald holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and professional memberships with SAIPA as a Professional Accountant and SAICA as an Associate General Accountant. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in delivering high-quality assignments on time, within budget, and to exacting professional standards, earning a reputation for reliability, integrity, and excellence.
